Description
Humberto Delgado Airport Lisbon (formerly Aeroporto da Portela or Aeroporto de Lisboa) is the international airport of Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, and the largest airport in the country before Porto. It is operated by the airport company ANA. Since 2012 there has been a direct subway connection to the city centre of Lisbon.
The Portuguese Air Force Força Aérea Portuguesa (FAP) uses a small part as a military airfield and calls it Aeródromo Militar de Lisboa (Figo Maduro).
