Thisted Airport (Danish: Thisted Lufthavn) (EKTS)

Thisted Airport (IATA: TED, ICAO: EKTS) is a small airport servicing the Danish town of Thisted. It is owned by Thisted municipality. It is located on Danish national road 27 kilometers from Hanstholm and 15 kilometers from Thisted. The airport opened in 1970. (see Wikipedia)

• The artificial runways can be hidden, which is often useful for grass runways and/or for all runways if high-resolution photos of the airfield are available. It is sufficient to rename the affected runway files, e.g.:

  • rap1598m47m_rwy.tmb__OFF

1. Create folder My PC > Documents > Aerofly FS2 > scenery > places > DK
2. Download EKTS.zip file to your DK folder and unzip to folder EKTS/
3. Download xref_lib_water_towers.zip to My PC > Documents > Aerofly FS2 > scenery > xref and unzip to folder xref_lib_water_towers/ (only do this once and it applies for all FSCP airports
4. Go Fly!
