Canefield Airport (TDCF)

Description

Canefield Airport is an airport on the west coast of the island nation of Dominica. It is located three miles (5 km) north of Roseau, the capital. It is the smaller of the two airports on the island. The larger one, Douglas–Charles Airport, formerly known as Melville Hall Airport, is located on the east coast. Canefield airport is served by Dominica Air Taxi, which is operated by Carib Aviation using Twin Otters. Take Air operates a Czech built Let 410 from Martinique to Canefield. Construction began in early 1979 with British funding, shortly after Dominica's independence. During relief efforts in Dominica after hurricane Maria the biggest plane to land here was the Douglas DC-3 . Other planes like the Casa 212 and Beech 18 operated there. Most of the flights her3e operate with turboprop and piston aircraft such as the De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter, Beechcraft King Air and the Aero Commander 500, Cessna aircraft, Cargo Airlines and private planes.   2. Download TDCF.zip file to your DM folder and unzip to folder TDCF/
  3. Download xref_lib_water_towers.zip to My PC > Documents > Aerofly FS2 > scenery > xref and unzip to folder xref_lib_water_towers/ (only do this once and it applies for all FSCP airports
  4. Go Fly!
