Pegnitz-Zipser Berg (EDQZ)

Description

The airfield Pegnitz-Zipser Berg is the airfield of the Upper Franconian town of Pegnitz. The airfield is located about two kilometers east of Pegnitz in the parcel Lehen on the southern slope of the Zipser mountain at an altitude of 532 to 546 m above sea level. The airfield is located in the eastern foothills of the Franconian Switzerland. Eight kilometers southeast of the training area Grafenwoehr and northeast, the area rises to Fichtelgebirge out.
