DescriptionAntonio Maceo Airport (official name: Aeropuerto Internacional Antonio Maceo), IATA code: SCU, is an international airport in the south of Santiago de Cuba, Cuba.
The airport was inaugurated in 1954 after three years of construction and extensively renovated in 1991.
Santiago is mainly approached by propeller planes, but jet planes also land here. The majority of commercial flights to Santiago are domestic flights. But there are also 20 flights a week to international destinations, operated by both Cuban and international airlines.
