Flugplatz Strausberg (EDAY)

Strausberg commercial airfield is located in Brandenburg about 2 km east of the city of Strausberg and has a 1200 m concrete runway and a 1200 m grass runway, which is mainly used for gliding. The airfield is licensed for take-off and landing of aircraft with a total weight of 14 tons. IFR procedures and facilities are planned to be implemented by June 2021.

NOTE 1:Some additional cultivation may place buildings on the helipads, hence I created another one.

NOTE 2:05R/23L is a grass runway. After copying all files to your airport folder, please delete 05r_decal.tmb, 23l_decal.tmb, rap1222m47m_decal.tmb, rap1222m47m_rwy.tmb in this folder. I hope this doesn`t have any unwanted side effects. Or, you can also edit the EDAY.tsc file with a text editor. Search for the files names just mentioned (without .tmb) , and just delete them from the file. The above description has been prepared by IPACS forum user madpat. 1. Create folder My PC > Documents > Aerofly FS2 > scenery > places > DE
2. Download EDAY.zip file to your DE folder and unzip to folder EDAY/
3. Download xref_lib_water_towers.zip to My PC > Documents > Aerofly FS2 > scenery > xref and unzip to folder xref_lib_water_towers/ (only do this once and it applies for all FSCP airports
4. Go Fly!
