Bowerman Airport also known as Bowerman Field, is a public use airport located 2 miles (3 km) west of the central business district of Hoquiam, a city in Grays Harbor County, Washington, United States. Grays Harbor County acquired Moon Island Airport in 1946. In 1953, the airport was renamed Bowerman Field, for U.S. fighter pilot Robert Bowerman, a WWII hero and owner of one of the first commercial aviation businesses in Grays Harbor.
