Castle Kennedy Airfield (X6CK)

Description

Castle Kennedy Airfield is centred between Northern Ireland, Prestwick, Carlisle, Blackpool, and Isle of Man, and is the only facility for General Aviation in the South West of Scotland. (see ukga.com/airfield/castle-kennedy)

Installation-Informations:

  • The artificial runways can be hidden, which is often useful for grass / gravel runways and/or for all runways if high-resolution images of the airfield are available. It is sufficient to rename the affected runway files, e.g.:
    • heli1_obj.tmb__OFF
    • rap……m….m_rwy.tmb__OFF
