Newcastle Airfield (grass runway) (EINC)

Description

Newcastle Aerodrome (ICAO: EINC) is located on Sea Road in Newcastle (Irish: An Caisleán Nua), a village in County Wicklow (Contae Chill Mhantáin), Ireland. This aerodrome is licensed by the Aeronautical Services Department of the Irish Aviation Authority. (see Wikipedia)

  • The artificial runways can be hidden, which is often useful for grass runways and/or for all runways if high-resolution photos of the airfield are available. It is sufficient to rename the affected runway files, e.g.:
    • rap728m26m_rwy.tmb__OFF

  1. Create folder My PC > Documents > Aerofly FS2 > scenery > places > IE
  2. Download EINC.zip file to your IE folder and unzip to folder EINC/
  3. Download xref_lib_water_towers.zip to My PC > Documents > Aerofly FS2 > scenery > xref and unzip to folder xref_lib_water_towers/ (only do this once and it applies for all FSCP airports
  4. Go Fly!
